General contract terms

Bookings are made through the CP Resort website. Guests will receive confirmation of their booking by e-mail. Once confirmed by CP Resort, bookings are binding for guests. Guests can also use the Resort self check-in system to book apartments as available. We recommend making a booking through our website to be sure of the availability of the apartment and to streamline the check-in procedure.

The prices of our services are listed on our website; payment is made online at the time of booking using the payment systems accepted by CP Resort (credit card VISA and Mastercard, post office account card, etc.); payment for all the selected services will be taken at the time of booking confirmation. Special terms for groups or medium-long apartment rentals can be arranged in writing in advance (info@cpresort.ch). All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and net of local taxes (CHF 3.25).

• Check-in: from 3 pm on date of arrival
• Check out: by 11 am on date of departure
• IMPORTANT: Your key will stop working at 11 am so you will no longer be able to enter the apartment.

Our Service staff will take care of cleaning the apartments daily. However, this service will not be guaranteed if the room will not be accessible at 11 am.

CP Resort has two large car parks adjacent to the building. Both car parks are free to use. The first one is at the rear of the building. If this car park is full, guests can use the second car park, accessible by entering an access code which is communicated automatically when booking the apartment (follow the instructions on site). CP Resort accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or property in the private car parks.

Breakfast Buffet

Monday – Friday from 7 to 9:30 am

Saturday – Sunday from 8 to 10 am

Not included in the apartment cost.

Must be booked when booking the apartment.

CP Bistrot also offers an à la carte restaurant service and pizzeria, open from Monday to Sunday.

We welcome guests with small size pets. The daily cost per pet is CHF 10.-. Guests must specify their intention of bringing a pet at the time of booking (guests who bring pets without prior arrangement will incur a penalty charge of CHF 50.- /day). Pets are not allowed in the CP Bistrot restaurant. Any damage caused by pets will be charged successively to the guest concerned.

At the time of booking you will see the maximum number of guests allowed for each apartment.

The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum number permitted for each apartment.

Several of our apartments are equipped with cooking facilities. Guests who wish to use the kitchenette in their apartment must specify this at the time of booking. Use of the kitchenette is available at a daily cost of CHF 18.- exclusively for guests staying for more than 7 consecutive nights. Use of the kitchenette must be booked at least 24 hours before the start of the stay.

All our apartments are provided in perfect condition for the required stay. In the absence of any objection raised at the time of consignment of the key card, the apartments and furniture they contain are considered to be undamaged. Claims of damage made at a later date will not be accepted. Guests will be held liable for any damage they cause to the resort.

Cancellations and/or changes must be communicated exclusively via e-mail.

If guests simply don't show up, no refund will be provided.

Cancellations will be treated at the following terms:

• up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival: full refund
• From 13 days before the planned date of arrival: 50% refund
• From 7 days before the planned date of arrival: no refund

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to property or injury to persons.

CP Resort accepts no liability for damage or theft of guests’ property.

Any legal claims will be governed by Swiss law. The court of Lugano has sole jurisdiction in the event of legal proceedings. CP Resort is owned by CP Immobiliare SA, Via Val Barberina 7, 6807 Taverne (Switzerland).
